The U.S. Senate and House of Representatives passed a comprehensive public lands bill that packaged over 100 public lands, natural resources, and water bills into a single measure.

 
Maine Bills to Limit Ethanol Sales Introduced

Legislation (L.D. 822/H.P. 596) has been introduced in Maine to prohibit the sale of motor fuel with greater than 10% ethanol.

 
Maine Introduces Bills to Further Exempt Older Vehicles From Titling Requirements

Legislation (L.D. 821/H.P. 587) has been introduced in the Maine State Legislature to allow vehicles at least 15 model years old to be exempt from needing a certificate of title or certificate of salvage to register the vehicle.

 
Minnesota Bill to Aid the Registration of Decommissioned Military Vehicles Passes Committee; Moves to Senate Floor

Legislation (S.F. 179) in Minnesota to aid the registration of certain decommissioned military vehicles as standard motor vehicles passed the Veterans and Military Affairs Finance and Policy Division and now awaits consideration on the Senate Floor.

 
Ohio Introduces Legislation to Ease Titling and Registration of Replica Cars

A version of SEMA model legislation (H.B. 39) to ease the process by which replica cars are titled and registered has been introduced in the Ohio House of Representatives.

 
Rhode Island Introduces Bill to Extend Emissions Inspection Waiver

Legislation (H.B. 5391) has been introduced in the Rhode Island House of Representatives to extend inspection exemptions to motor vehicles for their first five model years.

 
West Virginia Bill to Exempt Antique Vehicles From Property Tax Passes Senate; Moves to House

Legislation (S.B. 333) in West Virginia to exempt antique vehicles and classic cars from personal property taxes passed the Senate and now awaits consideration in the House Technology and Infrastructure Committee.

 
West Virginia Bill to Preserve Antique Military Vehicles Passes House; Moves to Senate

Legislation (S.B. 2338) in West Virginia to provide antique military vehicles an exemption from the requirement to display license plates passed the House and is currently awaiting consideration in the Senate Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
